Chinar Bagh (private scheme),Here you can find easily
Awt2 (pocession is also available).

What size of plot i can buy with my budget? and which one is more safe and secure, i need this plot to build a shop for my own work.

Is chinar bagh and awt2 both are equal towards investment and to work.

Dear,
there is lot of difference in term of price and location of AWT1 AND AWT2.
if you r planning to buy in awt 1,then i will suggest you go for LDA avenue 1.As there was little difference in price but more charm in LDA avenue1.Not to mush distance b/w awt1 and lda.
AWT2 is in progress here you find cheap price plot as it is in initial stages however they have started giving pocession to people.Price wise good but location wise,you can say normal.
Location means where this society is situated (away from main riwand).

Dear Lahore 123,

Thanks for your honest reply, i would like to add some more info about me, i am working in uae and willing to come back as well to start some own work and my budget for plot is 15 Lakh and 25 lakh i can manage with in 4 to 5 years for construction on it.

Presently i am not aware on chinar bagh and awt2, please while considering my above perameters please you or any one else can give me good advice.
