I used to tell my friends here in UAE that if u want to buy property in Pakistan, buy only in DHA. All others are??? I myself bought a plot in X block Phase7 for 30 lac. about 2 years back. Now thru this website I have learnt that this plot (1098) is in an area where there is a village and the land is not acquired by DHA as yet. All my trust in DHA is lost. I am in a state of deep depression now. What will happen to my hard earned money? Will DHA give me some other plot in lieu of this? How many years will it take? Can I sell this plot? Can someone guide me what to do. If someone wants to buy it for reasonable price please contact me on 0r

doc sahib first call dha and dont get hurry, if they tell you same thing then better sell, but people are more smart than you why they will buy plot on pocket, but i think there is 80% chance that your plot is not in the village but very close to it, This location was already not very great location even if there had been no village so losing few lacs is not big deal. it might be 2,3 weeks salary for you,

Dear Irfaan,nothing is certain here in our country.It dont matter weather it is is LDA or DHA.I myself lost alot of money because of other people games.I buy few files in DHA Phase 5 ext and Former Parkview Phase Dha 8.And it has been half decade no news has come out.Days turn into months and months into years.But i call they dont answer my queery.
As by law DHA should have incloded my file of former parkview when they did ballot of DHA 8 some time back.All i can say is best of luck dear.

Investing money blindly ... will result same as you guys are facing. Market study is really important to put your money some where.

Little knowledge is dangerous. Investing money somewhere coz my xyz did or investing just to see a big brand is a putrly bad idea .... sorry folks for bring lil hard but this is reality

Dear Ch,Yousuf saab,What if someone show u location and tell u that ballot take place in month or some time and lie to you.How study about that?One can not see the future,and in our religion it is haram to go and see the fortuneteller.You can not blame the innocent people who are viktims of fraud.

Dear Shiekh Shabrati,

Thank you for the question. I was waiting to see such d??b questions. Our religion give us the independence to inquire first and then take action. Even at time of marry, you should see the girl first and then make decision. Please dont mis-use islam here as most of our pakistani did. At the end they need umbrella of islam to cover their innocence rather ignorance.

CMY has provided such a great forum to discuss your cases. You can come here and discuss if you are planning to buy. I am sure you will get good advice from here. There are several other ways as well. But this is for those who are carefull in investing.

Moreover, I am not trying to say fraud or other stuff is ok. Not at all. There should be proper dealings on both ends. This is the thing which makes the process complicated and require more checks than norma. Most of the overseas are innocent because they have left pakistan for long and are living with ppl who are honest. Though, we also become honest and then when we go pakistan we expect locals to be honest as well which is not the case always.

Dear Sheikh, Investigate & Fortuneteller are not same words. Donot mis-interpret them for you and for others.

You are welcome,i was also expecting for an ignorant and stu*pid answer so thank you.But that is Utter Non Sense.

First of all on my behalf when i returned to our Great Country pakistan,i did checked on my behalf and investigaed like an FIA officer.I visited the bloody locations where the files were supposed to be alloted.The famous property dealer claimed the location is confirm and plots will be alloted in the very near future and this will be the place.Infact he introduced to me a Retired Col Saab who was also purchasing by his guidance in the same location.Also he claimed that his relative buy the file and in 2 months Dha has balloted and his relative has gained.Now if you are going to act like an ignorant and say to me"MR Shabrati you lost money because you tried to be smart or you weere greedy,you wanted to earn some money fast,that is why happened to you"Then my answer to you will be Dear Chota Bhai everyone wants to gain money in this world not lose.Even if the prices of the file i bought would have stayed the same i wouldnt be in state of depression and dishearted.And atleast i dont"think of fooling people"and make some easy cash.I earned my own money living abroad.Not by fooling people and telling them lies.And even if we admit its my fault and property dealer was innocent and had taken bath from milk.Still i am not happy with the DHA.Everyone has his opinion this is mine.If you like it fine,if you dont i can not do anything.But atleast as an independent citizen of the Soverign Islamic Republic of Pakistan i have the right to express myself.

Bottom line for people who want to invest: Do not invest in files,very risky,very dangerous,only go for ground plots.And confirm from 10 people before you take any step,regarding investing your money in Pakistan.

I dont mind your first line of reply. What i feel we both are on a same page but with little difference in opinion. I wish you get out of the situation with full recovery.

Your last line is same what i am saying. In Pakistan, never expect honest dealing. You have the right to earn max profit but keep in mind ... big profit big risk and that is the beauty of the business. You hardly find fair play in Pakistan and this will put you at more risk.

Thank you very much for the kinds word's regarding the recovery.I hope also this,and i wish every overseas Pakistani stays safe from such kind of disaster.

Atleast we agree on something,That is true never expect honest dealing here in Pakistan.This is just a small part of my bad experience here in Pakistan.The worst part was that my own best very old childhood friend with whom i invested in business some years ago,was back stabbing me on my back with his bastard friend,even though he belongs to a bloody wealthy family.So the theory which people in Pakistan say,that prices of food and oil are high and people dont have food to eat or majborian that is non sense.Even a person who has 5 dishes to eat on single lunch time everyday does not refrain from doing fraud and lie to earn money on quick basis.It is now in every bastard's mind to quickly earn money by pulling other persons leg here and lie.At the end of the day they think they are very clever,and in reality they are ugly and sick.
