Dear friends,
I'll appreciate if somebody could shed light on current price range of plots in D12 Islamabad. Like the price of 40x80, 50x90 size plots.
Also what's the price difference between a regular and corner plot?

Plot# 8 in Sector D-12/2 (size 40 * 80) was sold for 1 caror 10 lakh a few weeks back. Please validate with CDA since this should be a public info. |

Also other brothers who have any for sale in D-12 sector are encouraged to post exact details. I have a family member who too wants to buy. |

Once I surrender to buy plot # 273 D-12/3 @ of 34 lacks while I was ready to pay 32 lack and just a weak earlier the same plot was offered to me @ 230 lacks and I surrender again considering it too high,
Not sure how high it can go from here, |

Plot #273 D-12/3 is 600 yard corner and park facing plot and it was on sale in 2001 @ 34 lacks and I thought it is expensive but offered 32 lacks and could not lock the deal. Last week my property agent offered me the same plot @ 230 lack and my decision was same that it is too high.
I was wondering what will be the price after 10 years from now ?. |

I guess, with the on going development the future of D-12 is becoming more clear even though at a low pace but enough for the appreciation in prices.
In 10 years time, if it is fully developed and reasonably populated than there will be further room for increase in prices.
