we (me and my brother) have a one kanal plot in valencia . we are both owners .Now i want to transfer it by myself. In this case should i have to pay only valencia transfer fee or should i have to pay stamp duty and cvt also. What is the cheapest way ? bec if i have to pay the stamp and cvt and transfer then it means i have to pay approximately 1 LAC which is too much. Please guide me which is the cheapest and safe way .should i get an athourity letter from my brother and transfer it later? is it correct?

you mean it was joint an now he want to surrender his rights. I think a Courbet registered agreement should be enough in that regard and it might save your CVT and Stamp but You have to talk to society Office normally they are very Co operative. |
