I am dealing to buy a plot in statelife-1 in the lane 537 to 541...he is demanding 50 lac final..he is friend of my cousin..not through a property dealer....do you think i shud finalize this deal??? thanks in advance

50 lakhs means 59000 us dollars, u can buy a two bed room flat with this money in istanbul turkey, the world most growing country, and ur investement is 100% secure. pakistan situation is unsecure because of our leaders selfishness, and puppet decision. think ten time before going to invest.

I am out of country ..and will come there for payment once it is finalized...i was trying since long to get plot in that lane..i mean facing central park with two sides open towards norht- south an ideal orientation for good ventilation

its little expensive plz advise from any estate agent then buying because i check state life phase 1 prices on net maximum demand is 40 lac...check lahore real estate price chart....i may be wrong but i advise u plzzz search urself properly

@Atif.... i have checked all websites...Lahore state is showing 30 to 45 range for ordinary plots not facing park or two sides open...i was given a feed back from Pakistan that when you go for purchase then it will be different from the price on web sites..i mean ground reality is deifferent...any one can guide please

dear kamal 45 lac mean best location price but i think ur location excellent thats y 50 lac amount asking i m not want to confuse u but dear both side road is 40 feet thats y i say this u inveastigated u r fully satisfied u can buy....without any tension.

Caution:
1. While internet is good source of gathering information but could never be substitute of actually meeting people, visiting site and sensing market of real estate.

2. The more trusted is the friend/relative, the more vulnerable you are while dealing in real estate or for that matter any financial transaction is concerned.

3. The biggest mistake by expat is
" I am out of country ..and will come there for payment once it is finalized" (which Mr kamal is about to commit)
How one can finalize a deal from thousand miles away without sensing market. If it is through a trusted friend or relative, again its a mistake and a through cross check is required for property dealers also.

@ Atif thanks for your comments...i have checked from this web site some months backs that the range of price is not the maximum and minimum it is for average plots ..means not corner not facing park etc. yes both side road is 40'..this is plus point or not?
@ Aamir..my real brother is dealing with him and posing himself buyer..owner is friend/colleague of my cousin and no broker involved..

Why not Sui Gas-1 Kamal? You can get a decent one kanal plot for Rs.50 to 55 lakhs. Planning & Development of Sui Gas-1 is of DHA standards while it is carved inside DHA-4 and 5 so you can enjoy all facilities like decent schools, markets, shopping malls, hospital etc. Just a suggestion, do poner over it !

it is not difficult, contact commercial section of turkish consulate in ksa, believe me i lives in london, but this istanbul is much better than pakistan to invest. i understand five fingers r not equal. but never ever trust on estate agents.they r worse than wolves.very fewer estate agents r honest and loyal with customers and MR MUJAHID OF LAHORE ESTATE IS ONE OF THEM.if he sujjest u to invest where u want then go ahead, but dont trust others if they take oath that they r honest. this is my advise to u being a brother, further upto u.
