i want to buy 10 merla or one kanal in pindi Islamabad Near zone 5....

i heard aboud soan garden ,pakistan town ,jinnah garden ...

i want to be settle in 2 years time..
please guide me the society worth and rates ????

Ex-Jinnah Garden: Because, the land of this Pvt housing scheme has been acquired and now being developed by National Highway Foundation after legal process complete in all respect. There is a possibility of merger of NHA foundation with DHA-II Ext, as DHA is trying to have direct access to Islamabad highway through NHA foundation.
The current price in NHA is 12-14 lacs/kanal which is rising rapidly.

Mian Nadeem Sahab,

I heard a rumor that some parts of DHA expressway is now in dispute as Chaudry Nisar Ali Khan has taken a stay from the court?
I think this is just a rumor as one agent whom I asked to buy a plot in DHA-2 extension did not tell me that rumor but the other one whom I asked to sell my plot told me this problem!
Can you please confirm on that as I am really inclined to invest in DHA Homes or want to buy plots near the expressway. I think investing around the expressway will return faster as DHA Homes construction is now in full swing.

NHA Foundation has taken over "JINNAH TOWN" situated right on Kahuta Road, and very next to Police Training College, Sihala, which on the south east touches DHA-II Extn. As far as Jinnah Garden is concerned, it is located on main Highway, atleast 2-3 k.m from DHA-II Extn.

AOA, can any buddy tell me the current status of river garden islamabad ? Itz pros and cons becuz i am willing to buy a 10 marla plot there. And secondly , why people love korang town as alot of my friends hav suggested me to invest in korang town but i think , korang town is like pindi !! PLZ help me . Thanks
