Think of Bahria town with this much budget dude. You wont get a newly built 5 marla house in this budget any where near wapda/johar town

Cost of a 5 marla plot in Tariq gardens is between 22-25 lac, and add another 20-21 lac for A grade construction! and 5 lac is the minimum profit that the builders earn from their 5 marla project!
