Has anyone got the letter for the ‘additional charges’ imposed by Bahria Town on Phase-8, Rawalpindi plots???????? Please scan and post the content of this letter here in the discussion page, if anyone has got it.
Though personally, I don't think that Bahria management can dare to impose any additional charges now… They have already charged heavy development charges, AND also after delaying the project for several years, they cannot imagine that people can be cowed by imposing additional charges as nobody will pay them anymore. People are well aware of their rights and will surely go to courts, rather than accepting any unjust demand by Bahria this time. Hence, it will be a highly ill advised decision, if Bahria does so.
So, we all should relax until any such move is made by Bahria.
And if it does happen, we can surely get together (maybe by making an Online Group, or may have a meeting somewhere) to discuss our response to such an action by Bahria.

Sorry for putting irrelevant question, I want to purchase one kanal plot in Bahria Phase 7 or 8 for immediate construction as I am going to be retired from service after one year. Please advice which sector/phase is ready for construction & approximate price

I also fully agree with Mr. Suhail.
We should pay about 10% of the extra charges imposed by Bahria to a lawyer to file a writ petition against Bahria demanding BT to pay damages caused by the delay in completion of the project, rather than paying the extra charges to BT. |

Dear Brothers,
If we all get together and start the high court proceedings together then we donot have to 10% for the lawyers fee, it will be lot less and case will be even stronger when we stand united against this loot mar.
