Please intimate current development status and prices of residential plots of various sizes in G-16 (MIECHS). Also comment on its future prospects. Is it worth investing in this Society?

Prices has gone up considerably as this society has got developed in last 1 year, I believe in this quarter they will give possession as most of the area is developed. I also hold a plot in this society just waiting for possession.

Very bad investment at current price which has been increased by manuplating the rates by local propert dealer. You try to sell your i kanal plot in eveloped area, you will not be able to sell above 30 LAC but when you want to buy then these ediot propert dealers will never allow you buy at less than 38 lac |
