There are some plot holders in DHA-8-plock Y on installments. Can some one inform me how many installments they have paid up to now?
And is this map of DHA-8 final or some changes may occur in future?

Four instalments paid, fifth due by 30th June 2011. Total amount paid uptill now is PKR 13,90,000.

The DHA writes on its maps and in your transfer documents duly agreed and signed by you that.

1. Plot sizes and locations are liable to changes.
2. DHA Lahore reserves the right to re-plan any area.

DHA-8 has more or less 2 years to complete the development of this phase. If Phase-7 can have 100s of re-locations within 1 year then how many relocation will take place in 2 years. Nobody can guess, including the DHA itself.

For One Kanal, a total of 2,135,000 (twenty one lakh, thirty five thousand) has been paid so far which includes 4 installments of 420,000 each and 1 downpayment of 455,000. In total fifty five lakhs have to be paid ( i.e. 8 more installments)
