Please advise on the following for Bahria Town:
1) What is the procedure for buying a plot in Bahria Town? How long would it take? (after finalization of plot)- Please detail each step
2) What are the documents required for this purchase? Please mention all foreseeable documents
3) Its same as item 1 but would like to know how to make payment to the owner?
4) Should i deduct no-construction cost charges from the owner is he has already consumed this period?
5) Should I trust the price offered by Lahore Real Estate?

1) Bahria town takes one to two days to transfer property.
2) We need original NIC of buyer need next of kin NIC copy and also need two color passport size pictures.
3) Lahore Real Estate recommend paying seller in form of Bank pay order.
4) Plot is transferred all dues clear. All dues till transfer day are responsibility of sellers.
5) You dont have to trust us. We are not afraid so we recommended you that you please check prices from other dealers first and than call us. You will know how much you will save. Its more fun to deal when buyer knows he is getting better prices than other dealers.
