Salam all,
My mother has a 1K plot file in Islamabad Co-operative housing society and she recently received a letter from them asking for 1st installment on development charges.
Now an old post on this forum (2009) says this society did not have NOC from CDA. The society claims they now have the NOC and that they would not be able to start development without it anyway?
Does anyone know what is the latest situation with this society? They have a NOC? Should my mother start paying her installments?

Dear Faisal: Best is to visit the office of the society and talk to them. Moreover, you can also get some information by visiting CDA website. |
