Right now Jubliee town is very good investment for building 5 marla house.Specially its location from riwand road,multan raod ---- easily approach.I always recommend people jubliee town for 5 marla house.
Right now price is very much reasonable but i hope within 2years it will shoot up like a rocket,and we all know there are much more buyer of 5 marla plot than 10 or 1 kanal. |

i have two five marla plots in jubilee town. from my point of view it is the best time to invest in jubilee town because after the lapse of around 10 years the people have started construction of their houses and gas supply is very near i think. jubilee town has best development infrastructure. be aware that investment is time factor when the gas will available the prices will increase around 2 lack per plot. I advise u try to get 7 marlas instead of 5 marla |
