I think, you have asked this question previously also. I did not have complete information, therefore, I did not write. But as nobody replied to you last time also, therefore, I will try to convey, whatever I know. I will write about Phase 1 only.
As you are already aware that its location is excellent, among DHA, State Life and near to the ring road. If everything goes fine, I think it is an excellent deal. They are going to have some possession ceremony on June 4th for the so far developed part of Phase 1, I think it will have positive impact on Formanites Phase 1. I will suggest you to attend that ceremony or if you are abroad like me, send some relative over there. If your plot falls in the already developed part then I think you should be able to get good money out of it. I cannot really say, why it is low as compared to other surrounding schemes. Some people say some land problem of adjacent Phase-2 is the reason. I am not in position to recommend you something solid but I can suggest you to wait for some more time for at least next three to four months after the possession ceremony that hopefull provide you relatively better picture hopefully.
