so far Govt of Pakistan is imposing fixed tax they have been successful only in that, reason is Corruption in Govt, Tax dept and people of Pakistan,
An example is, Govt of Packston is 100% successful in getting Token Tax or registration fees/Tax etc
But they dont have even 0.0001% success in getting Correct information on voluntary Tax forms. No nation is pious and no one is corrupt. Only system makes them, wrong Tax information is punishable by law in Pakistan, and even more so in other Countries but do we have any examples of punishment?
The Only difference between India and Pakistan is that they strongly implemented tax reforms in Late 80s and now they are getting benefit, and now are considered a respectable nation.
No Govt can run on Grants external and internal loans.
