dear brothers..
we are searching plot in islamabad and rwalpindi for making house in 2 years time...
we are more interested in the zone -5 area having DHAI 2 bahria phase 7-8,pakistan town ,soan garden etc...
also we have seen 1-10 islamabad,G 13..
we have budget of 25-30 lak..
please guide us what will be better option for us and what are the actual rates in these socities as different people are telling different rates..
also one thing more ,,,we have kids which are school going .so we also want some schools nearby..
please guide with all these aspects ..
we will apericiate your guidance

meaning of Naeem is Happiness, comfort which make your name meaning "slave of happiness" or slave of comfort"
We mustn’t use other names with the present of Abdul in front of it. Such example is using a name like Abdul Muhammad.
This name would mean that the person is a slave of Muhammad which is not an attribute of Allah thus as if assuming that Muhammad is similar or at the same level of Allah.
It is not allowed for a Muslims to use the 99 names of Allah without the use of Abdul (Slave of) in front of it. This is because that these names are the attributes of Allah and we mustn't assume that we have the similar attribute of the almighty. We humans are imperfect and are only His slave and we should not compare ourselves to His capabilities and power. |

Sister Munaza, Zone 5 is a very good choice. I 10 & G 13 are highly over priced for nothing. I Bought a house in Soan Gardes couple of years ago and my family is very happy and comfrtable there. I am an overseas Pakistani and have a 500 Sq Yds very good location plot in Soan gardens close to Highway and commercial area for sale. My demand for the plot is 27 Lacs. If you may build a house today. It is ready with Electric, water, gas etc. The security in Soan Garden is one of the best in Zone 5. All the Amenaties available, schools, Clinics, utilitiy Store, hotels etc. |

yee sab apne apne plot bechne k chakroon mein soan gardens ki tareef kar rahee hein.
now listen . soan garden is a very small society as Pakistan town. PWD is better than these. . but no matter how good a private society is, they cant compete with the CDA sectors. . CDA sectors always have an upper edge. G-13 is good but expensive. . I-10 is an industrial area. but if residential plots are available then its not a bad option..
last but not the least security in soan garden or Pwd is not that impressive. you cant have an fool proof security in pakistan anywhere.
but comparitively bahria town has good security.
so you have wide open options availabale.
Note: i dont have any plots in the society nor iam a property dealer. atleast if someone asks for impartial thoughts try to give him neutral suggestion.

Farooq Sahib, You should not give negative comments without knowing the facts. Bahria Town is better but it has disadvantages as well. The security and services cost in Bahria Town is enormous. It is for profit Township and is one man show. What will happen if Malik Riaz dies. PWD is not a good society at all it has norrow street, water problem and no security at all. Morover it is getting over very commercialized and crowded. I am also neither a property dealear and nor desprete to sell my plot. I already purchased a house in Soan Garden and living happily.Remember! Husan zan rakhnay ka hukam hay aur souay zan kufar hay. |

@ dear masood ye jo tum ney instantly respode kia hey that shows u are desperate to sell your plot. if you have purchased a house in soan gardens you dont force others or shape other opinions to purchase there as well
try to behave as a mature civilized person. when some one asked about the advice dont put ur interests ahead. this is a very cheap way of selling your property.
and above all when you are living in soan gardens the other societies look like dumb to you.
very funny.
so it is advised to put the add of the property rather than reshaping other thinkings in advices. i think if you are sensible you must have taken a lash by thar |
