CAN ANYBODY ANALYZE DHA CHANGE MY PLOT FROM Q392 PH7 TO T745 PH7. WHAT'S THE PRICE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THESE TWO PLOTS AND IS THE NEW ONE IS BETTER LOCATION THAN OLD ONE OR NOT.

Q392 of DHA7 was worth 30 to 31 today on old map and plot is not clear yet as there is a house on it from village Pungali.
T745 of DHA7 is worth nearly 38 to 40 lacs today for this corner plot.
