Please advise what is the land use of plots situated on Main Riwind Road, district Pajian, nearby Bahria Orchard. Is this land is approved as a Commercial/Industrial/Residential/ agriculture by LDA.

I want to sale my 14 Kanal plot just adjacent to Bahria Nasheman Ferozepur Road Lahore. This is just when you enter from Main Gate and hardly 100 steps from main gate. Only one raod is between main gate and this land. How I can get price. Bahria managemnet selling 5 marla at Rs. 990,000/=. it makes around 40 Lac per kanal. And if sell it at Rs. 13 Lac per kanal then can it justified or I should reduce this price. if i reduce then how may justify. If any one wants to buy for Form House it is an excellent piece of land have 300 ft front on the road of Bahria Nashamen. |
