Need to know what would be the price of 10 Marla plot in F2 of Bahria Town Phase 8 Rawalpindi.
I have been offer a plot for 110000.(Excluding additional Development Charges)
Would it be a Fair deal?

the price of plot should be around 1025000. Do carry out u r survey. The easy way to do a survey is to see the jang advertisement......or simply ask the selling price of that particular plot from few dealers......be very cautious in buying...... |
