EME IS EXPENSIVE .BAHRIA IS FAR N MANAGEMENT IS NOT GOOD.

If you know EME is expensive then why you have included in the list. You just asked which one is best!!

Secondly, why have you included lda ave 2 when you know it's not possible to get possession and start const. in 2 months. However, you can go for Izmir

As far my personal experience, my brother lives in EME and a friend of mine live in BAHRIA TOWN. The planning of bahria is indisputable.

Secondly Mr.Just do not abuse or distract, he requested only a judgement about his concern, do not take things personal, this behavior is very common in Pakistan, we need to change.

I have purchased a plot in Bahria Town and inshallah will start the construction within this year. I have visited almost all of the housing socities and selected BT due to following factors.

- Good infrastructure
- Superb maintinance system
- Wide roads
- Bit far but good quality of travel on canal road compared with raiwind road or ferozepur road where tractor trollies and donkey carts are accompanying with you.
- Resonable plot price
- Security (even in DHA you can,t reside without guards)
