Can we purchase the plot in LDA Avenue 1 which is in litigation area and we can change its ownership in the name of purchaser?

now a days transfers are banned in litigation area of lda avenue.but hopefully it will open soon.

they are lingering with the litigation for a long time.some say be hopeful some say no hope of solution.Govt probably not interested and Khadim e Alla too busy and forgotten his own Govt servants who are suffering in this scheme.
if someone has some knowledge plz share with us.

I always say to people having litigation issue.Their problem will be solved,they dont need to take tension if litigation issue is not solved then lda will have to give land in some other area in lda avenue to solve this issue.
Its not a private,its cooperative society.So dont take tension.

If litigation was declared before 2005, these plot holders were advised not to pay development charges and some paid few installment these plots are called "not clear in Computer" these plots cant be sold and purchased.ie LDA will not transfer

LDA did not bother or intentionally did not update so called "Computer record". Many new litigation issues arouse during 2005 till 2009. There and thousands of affected plots these plots are called "Computer clear but not clear on site" these plots can be sold and purchased. And their names can be changed to new owner.

Littigation plot holders will get plots in LDA AVENUE-1 Extension on defence road. About 8-10 days back news in the daily waqt on 'LAHORE' page. (www.dailywaqt.com)
