10 marla plots ranges from 12 o 14 lakh, depends on location of plot.
1 kanal ranges from 20 to 25 lakh, depends on location of plot.
It is ready for construction. just buy the plot, get its demarcation done and submit the floor plan and once map is approved, u can construct the house within 3 yrs.
