The construction is at halt at Eden Garden. Eden is not paying attention to this project. If you are too much interested, contact eden office and they should have many for resale. |

i did contact the eden office several times on ,but i have been told that the project is completely sold out and nearly completition. i also did contact some estate agents but there is a far far laps between their prices and the prices of edens,therefore, i advert here if i may contact some sellers direct instead of estate agents.anyway thanks for information |

A 500 rupees ad in Jang & many seller will contact you.
There are some real nasty agents in the market, i know two of them, one is Rizwan, other is Salman Ali. They try to buy from seller like 50-60% of what is paid (heavy loss for seller) and then sell for higher price. They are also spreading negative rumors for the Eden Gardens. Stay away from these culprits. |
