Can you please advise about the price of 1-K Plot in model town Lahore and what are the approx. dimensions of these plots?

Dear Mr Khan, in model town 50x90 is rare, normally plot front is 42/43 feet. Price is 14 to 17 Million per Kanal. But no hard and fast rule as supply/availability is limited

Plot prices avries alot and average is 110, as it did not have much 1 Kanal Plots most are convertions of 2 to 4 Kanal Plots. Depending uon dimentions of Plots Price varies alot,
in such areas best thing is to buy any old well Bulit House, Very Good well Bulit and well Maintained house can be found in 1.5 |
