In the same sector, last month a non corner 500 yards, we bought at 43 lacs, without filling. In DHA filling is extremely important factor as the area was hundreds of feet down. People buy and after soil testing, if soft, they want to sell it at very low price!
Just beware of this matter. Otherwise this DHA will prove as best in the whole area within next 2 to 3 years. |
