Dear CMY,
Advice needed, currently i am in phase-1 of dha and living in 1 kanal, intend to move to 2-kanal, have to buy a plot and make home on it immediatly like in 8 months (Inshallah), please suggest either Parkview Phase-8 is good or DHA phase-6 as these two are in my budget. I visited parkview and lots of construction going on there and also many ready homes, while in Phase-6 where i getting pair plots like A and N not much construction. Kindly suggest, other brothers comments also wellcome

Check the option of 2 Kanal in DHA 5. |

if you read my question carefully then u realize that i am asking about comparison between Parkview and Phase-6 , cause both have same rates for 2 kanal plots according to the budget, i need comment regarding preferable choice that where to go! |

In this case i would suggest you DHA6. It will be a better deal in terms of investment as well. |

Ph VI will be much better in my opinion because there you also have the maximum chance of price growth in th enear future and construction is happening at a very fast pace these days. |

Sheikh Sb, Prices of 2 Kanal POSSESSION plot are not in the range of 120 lacs in ParkView and Phase-6. Minmum in Phase-6 is 170 lacs and ParkView 155 lacs medium location plots. Check with atleast with three property houses. |
