I was willing to buy a plot in Bahria Town Lahore-- Block B. However, in the nick of time I reclutant to deal it on hearing that BT is going to impose v high no-construction charges. As financially I am not in position to built it up to three years.
Is it true or just a rumer about such high no-construction charges?

Yes that is true. 4th year fine for 10 marla is Rs 2500/month and for one kanal & above is Rs 3500/month but after that (from 5th year) it is Rs 12500/month for 10 marla and Rs 25000/month for one kanal & above. That is the reason for huge construction activities in BT, good for the residents but not charming for investors. |
