Nadir go for Core i3, Core i5, or Core i7, series processor ; Dual core is one step back.

DDR3 800+ RAM is preferable and should be minimum 2GB

Find good graphic card + processor clock at-least 2.53GHZ
like below

you would find good notebook between 50k-60k

There is not much difference in Laptop for quality, it all depend upon of its use. Almost All are same and "Made in China". Always prefer Branded (Any Brand) Can go for HP, Dell with i3 (basic) i5 (Medium) i7 (high Speed) series.

Selection can be upon below usage:

1.Simple Internet usage and online study purpose ………… i3 or i5 with 2GB RAM configuration is more than Enough

2.Design Architect and high Graphics application usage…i7 with 6 GB RAM would be Fine with good Video RAM.

kindly note: Processor speed is not only the factor in selection, It also had RAM and BUS speed. where the data for processing is comes from, to the processor. If the pipe line diameter is small, high speed pumps would not fetch more water.
