Just for info for friends who may be interested in photography. If you keenly like to take such fast light triggered photographs, you can do so by using a 'hacked' firmware on some Canon Powershot camera's.

Some other useful features in this kit are timelapse photography and unbelievably long or short exposure (like 1/60,000 second).

Glass half empty? The road is not flooded. Actually it's raining which is obvious from the caption at the Express news link posted above ("Baarish Aur Bijli Ki Chamak"). Achi cheez mein nuqs dhoondna aur buri cheez mein khoobi dhoondna hamara qaumi shaar banta jaa raha hai.
