madam yee gulberg town ki kahan sey tareef sun lii.. its under developed and will take atleast 10 years to completely develop

The rate of development is very rapid as it was it in the first pahse, I mean, Pakistan Town, Islamabad. Prospects of this scheme are very good. The present rate per Kanal varies from Rs. 22 lacs to 27 lacs. High gains are expected when a double road, under construction, from AirPort Chowk to this scheme is completed.

o bhai kanal rates are from 15 to 17 lac.
@ shahida moeen
if you are looking for investment purposes it may give u profit after 4 to 6years
but if u are looking to built your houses you are better to stay away from these. its just an advertisment gimmick nothing else.

@Syed: I believe what you are saying is true because few of my friends have also bought plot in that society and none of them did any complain. So now I think I should go ahead and buy one.

I have visited the site last month and found the development work at excellent pace. Those who are claiming that it will take years to develop must check out the site and updated map on Google earth is the proof of development work being done. Last google map was updated on 2nd May 2011 and it shows sign of earth work being done rapidly. 4 blocks have been developed completely with all utility lines being laid underground. CDA NOC has been issued and MOUs have been signed with IESCO/WAPDA and SNGPL.

As of now brokers are trying to devalue the society because they are buying the plots in bulk for profit. They dont like general public to avail this opportunity.

Excellent society for investment and home building. Will take 1-2 years to completely develop. For details please check their website

It is time to buy immediately(within 06 months), I contact directly to so many employees who cannot pay the installments, they have sold their plots to so many property dealers who will get multiple profits, only those employees are remaining to have plots who can hold for long time, interest of public is increasing to buy after looking website and a add published on 14th June 2011 at Front page of daily Jung the price will shoot very fast due to its fast development work a wide roads and secured investment. After touching the Gulberg Express way to Islamabad highway, every one will take interest to buy, when that will be out of range of buying.

Also added here that if u know directly to any employee who is not able to deposit development charges they are selling in a very cheap rate in panic to refrain by cancellation at this time, because society management is pressing hard to deposit the outstanding dues till otherwise plots will be cancelled. but day by day they are reduced in numbers.
