Dear Friends I have updated and combined latest recently released official DHA Lahore maps of Phase 6 7 and 8.

To help my dealer brothers community and to save my overseas Friends from few cheater dealers that over charge in these transfer fees I have also included the complete schedules of transfer costs related to these DHA phases.

I have also included installment schedules to let you figure out what can fit your budget in installments in DHA Lahore.

All three maps were combined by me to help you figure out what location will be best for you in futures

This is indeed an outstanding effort to protect overseas investors.

I have a question; on the maps I see some plots not numbered, what is reason for this? Is it the land that is not in posession of DHA?

On printed form of this map To make it easy to read where there are four digits we only put number on corner and next to corner.

We at Lahore Real Estate distribute phase 1 to 8 combined map free of cost to all dealers and all clients.These printed maps if purchased separately for each phase cost Rs 2000 plus. Lahore Real Estate was the first real estate firm in DHA Lahore history that printed DHA maps and distributed them free of cost to every one.Lahore Real Estate started this practice to help DHA property dealers and the general public. Now many other estate agents copy our same act but NAQAL ke liey be aqal ke zaroot hoti hay so other copy masters are unable to catch up with us. We come up with some thing new before they can catch up with us.

Recently we also started posting videos tours of housing schemes and looking forward for many copy masters to do same and off course due to this my friends in far away countries will benefit most from all our these small new ideas that force others to do better or get wiped out.

a video tour of raiwind road,defence road ,propsed lda avenue ext . and the proposed lay out and its intersection will be a great help to ur fans.its hard in summer but may be quicker due to little traffic.i know u r hard working man n not afraid of scorching sun.

May i know that Air Avenue property is under DHA phase 8 or it is under air avenue, as i am out of pakistan so out aware of the situation.. your guidence would be appreciate in this regard.
