Sorry Dear,dont dream. Yes Agri lands are now at sky high prices. 1st thing that no one is willing to sell & if some one desire just because of to switch over to other options.
Look into the prices of Agri produces i.e Wheat,Sugar Cane, Rice, Cotton & oil Seeds, almost all are more than the duble.
The lease rates has gone up to 70,000/- per acar per year. More over the lands in sweet water zone are fetching highier prices as farmers from Sindh,Baluchistan & many other area are migrating by forseeing the future cionstraints of Watwer Shortasge. More over with aquet power crisis industry is not viable & many people are diverting to farming & puting their investments in agri lands to get more yeiled. For instance Land prices in Kot Adu region is arround 1.5M to 1.9M.
In my openion demand prcice is slightly higier but market & situation based. |
