Gulberg Islamabad is a very nice housing scheme for near future i.e. 2 or 3 years will be completed in all aspects of development. Can any one further put light on his scheme.

No doubt it's a very good scheme like Pakistan Town Islamabad and with higher gains expectations in future. Presently the double road from airport chowk is under construction. On completion, the direct access will make this scheme more attractive. The plot allotments have already been done by the society and many sellers are now in the market. My honest recommendations stand for this society.

I have visited the site last month and found the development work at excellent pace. Those who are claiming that it will take years to develop must check out the site and updated map on Google earth is the proof of development work being done. Last google map was updated on 2nd May 2011 and it shows sign of earth work being done rapidly. 4 blocks have been developed completely with all utility lines being laid underground. CDA NOC has been issues and MOU has been signed with IESCO/WAPDA and SNGPL.

Excellent society for investment and home building. Will take 1-2 years to completely develop. For details please check their website

I and my family have so many plots in this scheme my all family is overseas Pakistani who were saying me, please tell us the safe and profitable land in future, I advise them to invest in this scheme it is safe because this scheme is of IB, there is no fear of grabbing double filling are any sort of cheating. Even you do not see your plots even 20 years your plot will be safe. Pakistan Town Phase I and II are are launched by the same IBECHS Phase III is launched by the name of Gulberg. Society management stated that I development work including Gulberg Expressway will completed till December 2012. My guess and observation that it will fully groom till 2020. Performance of society management is very good in IBECHS phase 3 Gulberg.

@Syed. Indeed its a good society for both investment and house building. Prices are going high and this is the only society in zone 5 where plots are being sold on profit. I keep visiting their main office regularly in Beverly center and as per my last discussion with their staff and joint secretary, they are claiming to complete link road in raw form by the end of June. I doubt that and assume it will be linked to Residencia by July-August this year.

Also society elections will be held in year end and they are trying their best to issue possession of few plots in already developed sectors to allottees to win the election again.

Sir, With due respect it is stated that I have a copy of circular in which clearly written that the complete development work will finalized till December 2012. Also stated that the society management is pressing hard to employees to deposit the development charges till 20 July 2011 which is creating panic, a notice also published in daily Jang 2011 for depositing the outstanding dues otherwise cancellation of plot, So many employees are selling the plots this time to refrain by cancellation of plot, due to this rates of plots are low, if u know direct seller\employee.

The link road Gulberg Express way will labeled (Kacha Rasta) at Islamabad Expressway Opp. Judicial Society, joined till Aug/Sept/2011, and the final carpeting will be done after completion of all development work of the society till Dec, 2012, It is also added here that O.P.F society has also signed agreement to give them link by Gulberg expressway and other societies are interested to get link, when the value of this scheme will shoot very fast.

Visited the site yesterday wanted to buy a 30x60 plot there.have seen some work.link road as nicely put by Syed (kacha Rasta)is laid down.tomorrow will visit the site and will update about all the development taken place there.
