i read in this web page that registry confirmation for lacs rupees on ferozepur road, but i want confirmation that how much cost of registry on central park scheme,
and who pay it, plot holder or owner of this scheme, dear users and ch sahib plz aslo tell this, what is rate of registry on this scheme.

In Central Park Lahore there is no stamp duty charges. No registry is done here only society transfers are allowed here.
Total Transfer cost for
10 Marla = 35000 sui gas charges paid by buyers plus 20000 transfer fees.
1 kanal = 40000 Sui gas charges paid by buyers plus 30000 transfer fees.
Sui Gas charges are paid only once to society. If seller has paid these Sui Gas charges in past a buyer must pay this amount to seller.
