I own a 5 marla commercial plot between plot no. 93 & 110 in the ring in block "B " of Sector "C" facing the park & Akhtar Medical College. I shall be obliged if could kindly advise if it is suitable for me to build the commercial plaza on this plot for some rental income for my retired life.

sector-c commercial is best investment either A-side or B-side specially on ring, in future (after ring road completed) this investment will pay you much much more. wish you good luck. |

Can some gentleman advise the estimated cost of 5 marla commercial plaza. BT allows basement+Ground+2 Floors for these plots.
