Friends, I need a suggestion regarding plot purchase. I have two options and need honest suggestion from you guys.
Should I go for Gulberg Islamabad (Pakistan Town Phase III) or Wapda Town?
Which one is going to develop first and will be a better option?
I need your valuable feedback to invest my hard earned money in right direction.

.pakistan town 111 is best than wapda town.tell me your budget so i suggest you more gud option where to go.

no doubt its a gud scheme all aspects ..
Disadvantage is that too far from main road .
It will take around 8 year to develop/
we can say gud scheme but on bad location so prices will not go to0 high after development and possession coz to far from main road.and also have doubt that water problem will arise.
rental income will also be low.

I could not get your point. Are you suggesting Gulberg is a better option than Wapda Town?
Those disadvantages are of Wapda Town or Gulberg Town? |

gulberg is best than wapda Town.
i will suggest you add 300k more and go for F-17/3 MPCHS instead of Gulberg.F-17/3 is gud for investment and as well for construction. |

What is current development status of F17/3. I have one concern regarding F17 that its on fateh jang road which is very congested during day time and is not good security wise. |

simply ,there is no security anywhere in pakistan.
F-17 location is nice along main road near new isb airport.Good access road.Good society having NOC.Development is almost in final stages.prices are at low stage high potential to go up. |
