What is current rate of house construction for both Labor only and lumpsum charges.

Also please suggest a (Insaan) contractor coz lot of my friends have bad experiences with their thekaydaar.

1300 to 1700/ is on turn key and 180/on labour rate for grey(Tesi Cerandi) if have any qurey plz feel free to call

Also I am in contact with other contractors as well and few have quoted for turn key solution with decent fitting and tiles and other items.

Does 180 including electrician, plumbing, carpenter, tile fixer charges?
