Dear Rashid,
Its hard to find original IB employee who is selling the plot. Currently plots are available with 70k to 100k profit on actual cost. |

At the time when the scheme was being launched, I had to pay Rs.120000/- to one employee to firstly get a plot registration in his name. Later he transferred it to me as promised. I had to pay additional plot transfer fee to the society. People like me would of course not like to sell with 70k to 100k profit on actual cost. To me margin larger than what you have stated. |

Do you mean you paid 120000 extra on the land purchase. Several of my colleagues have bought 7 marla plot in Gulberg with variable profit margin to the seller. Current profit range is from 70,000 to 110,000 depending on the seller. |

For 1 kanal, 120,000 is a good deal keeping in view that after link road completion, prices are bound to go up. |
