No idea of transplants but I used the tape hairs (Veg type) for three years and did not felt any side effect.

I can understand your concern dear because i went through the same phase :)

To mitigate the effects of hair loss, following are the options:

1- Get your head completely shaved. This is what most of the young arabs and westerners do (unlike us)
2- Get the Hair Transplant.
3- Use the hair wig etc.

The best option is #1 if it suits you. Otherwise, you can proceed with Option #2. I did that. And so far, i havent experienced or felt any negative effects of it. And it does make a major difference in look (mostly if procedure is done in good way).
However, you cannot be sure of 'no negative impacts' as Nawaz Shareef is another example..
(just kidding, i think his current condition is now due to aging!!)

Chacha Jee if you can not help any one just keep your mouth shut. From your name you seem an old man but you act like child.

I will rather accept it and leave it like that and not worry too much about hairs.

It is hard to resist making fun of this question/topic. However, for the poor ganjas, it is a real issue. People generally hold fat or bald people in lower esteem. We judge by looks and, well, fat and ganjas just don't look so good. :(

Now for some people, that lower level of respect is a real challenge and they need to overcome it. So sure, get hair transplanted. But if your self confidence is high enough, then why waste money to look like something nature didn't want you to be anymore! :)

PS hair transplant is much preferred to the infamous comb-over that is still unfortunately visible here. It is when an old man decides to grow his few hairs very very long and then comb them over to the other side. Few spectacles match this in sheer 'ridiculousness' - it is almost a crime against humanity. All comb-over men should be forced to go for hair transplants, or wear a hat.

@interested.

1. Most of the doctors suggest you the permanent medicines after hair transplant. e.g. for 2 year regular usage atleast.Noramlly transplated hair will not shed again, but for the other hairs they suggest medicines for atleast 2 years and it's really hard to use that medicines regularly.

2. Check the profile of the doctors , their are also some auto injected techniques for transplanted the hair in perfect angles to maintain the natural look of hairs.

You can check with Dr. Nasir Rashid - hair club lahore. Dr. Hamayun Muhammad - lahore/ islamabad.

I prefer Dr. Nasir Rashid lahore. he has more than 10 years of experience.
