When the road will be completed at Gulberg Islamabad?,

I am not seeing any development of road which was supposed to connect Gulberg Resedencia with farmhouse. No signs on the google earth. Does anybody know when will it be completed ?

Update your google Earth map. Latest map shows link road is being developed with fast pace and I personally visit the site twice last month and found 8-10 earth moving machines working day and night. If you like, I can send you snap shot of google earth latest image on your email address... Just dont listen to brokers. They devalue such societies so that general public dont invest and when prices would go up, these same brokers will be telling stories how good is this society and selling the same plots with high profits.

Just trust yourself and visit the site only then you will know the facts and progress. :)

@Informer bhai.. Seems like you have some problems with Gulberg society.... :)

yes i have the problem that i want to tell the people the truth.

dont think that people are fool. on grounds this society will take 10 years alteast to become liveable..

you property dealers are waiting like hounds to snatch the hard earned money of the people..

lol informer... I have seen your previous threads about Gulberg. Seems like you have personal issues with IBECHS... Chill out and lets wait and see when this road gets completed.

I have emailed you google earth images. Link Road work has started and currently they are working from the Islamabad highway side and have reached half way the land of farm houses. Seeing is believing.

@AK: Thanks for sending me the pics but the thing which i wanted to see is not there. I am not seeing any signs of road which has to link resedencia with Farm Houses. Still there are green fields. Have these feilds area been purchased by IBECHS ? If Yes! then why even it is not showing the signs of road ?

@Raja Ji, As per my last visit which was few weeks ago, work was being done in 24 hour shift. I can send you a google earth closeup shot of 12-18 earth moving machines working in a specific area. In my last discussion with one of the IB employees, they have got possession of all the land on which link road is going to be made. Also their staff is claiming that by the end of June it will be linked to residencia which I believe is exaggeration. I personally believe (as per the work speed and pace) link road will be connected with residencia by July and August if nothing odd happens.

Lets hope things remain good because in Pakistan 90% developers dont keep their commitments.

In addition to paying off the full dues, IBECHS is now asking for an additional amount of Rs. 1,60,000/-.
I don't know the reason as to why are they asking this additional amount; would someone care telling?

@abc123.. I just confirmed from Gulberg society office. This is just a rumor.. no extra charges are being asked.... They sent letter to plot owners who got plots transferred in their name before 2009 to pay the difference in development charges which was revised in last quarter of 2009. People who bought plot after 2009 dont have to pay any extra amount....

Dear Sir, I want to mentioned here that the IBECHS society management is honest and hard worker, this is a Govt. Organization housing scheme of a good reputed organization, there is a transparent system to work, The development of Gulberg Expressway is on underway the (Kacha Rasta)labeling work will be done upto Aug/Sept/2011, The cost of the Expressway have not been added to residential plots cost which are given to their employees, the extra cost of the Gulberg Expressway have been divided on Agro Form houses cost which are offered to general public. and the final development work of whole scheme including final carpeting of roads and Gulberg Expressway will be done upto December/2012.

@ ABC123, Dear Sir, The society management is demanding the difference of cost of development charges which were initially circulated and last year they decided/circulated the final cost.(Category Wise). I also paying the difference of development charges in installments.
