mian nadeem sahib i want to ask in G-13 or G-14 if some property dealer asks for 50 lac for a 30* 60 plot how much he has demanded more?
no matter where is the location of the plot property dealers do have a bargaining margin as well..
so what should be the real price of a plot if property dealer demands 50 lac..
i have heard that if they are demanding 50 lac for a plot they have atleast 10 lac margin for that and they even sell it on 40 lac happily
throwing light on property dealers mentality

On price real estate agents can comment better. In my opinion for very good location plot 47 lac is justified.
30*60 normal plots range in G-13 is 42-45.
In G-14/4 35*70 price is 50-55. In your range i recommend you to purchase 35*70 in G-14/4 or 30*60 in D-12. |
