Need advice from experts on Islamabad property. Is G14 a good investment at the moment ? If yes which sub sectors are better ?
What is the average price of different sized plots here >

oh its a very difficult question to answer. my dear there is so much enchroachment there that none can say anything... almost 2000 houses are there in g-14/1,2,3.. so this will be not easy..
i think will take 7 years |

good investment Development will start in sub sector 2&3 as most of the land has been accuired from the ppls by CDA given the alternates As its expected that development work will start by the end of the year.
