Dear G-13: I do not know Mr. Ahmad but I seriously feel sorry for your attitude. I understand you know the market and just trying to ridicule Mr. Ahmad. Let us be serious and if we are making offer, it should be with serious attitude. I know the market in G-13 and 40x80 in G-13 is around 75-85 (plus-minus) based on location and opportunity. You may give a reaslistic offer like 78, 80 but please...
I hope CMY should take note of such attitudes as I feel it brings the credibility of our page as low.

I think you do not have any information so better should not be given any price as silence is better than speaking non-sense.
I can take from you in 60 plot on the same location. I never see anybody on this forum talking like you, so please be fair and show your good attitude always. We are learing on this forum from each others and sharing correct information. I can only say to you to avoid by giving such kind of offers to those people who have enough knowledge than you just not waste your and others time. I hope that you will understand and respect of this site and forum.

Mr. Yasir, I am neither broker nor investor. I am owner living in Lahore and would like to sell this plot urgently. I already have offer from F-10 property dealer but not yet decided. My demand is less than the market which can be checked from any agent. Such location of the plot speaks by itself so I no need to tell the people about its excellent location.

According to sources in Geological Survey of Pakistan, sever water crises are foreseen in Islamabad. Sector G-13 is totally rocky area and no under ground water is available. |

Why u people r worrying about water in g-13? ask someone who is living in g-13, there is ample water supply by cda even more then other developed sectors of cda. bhai its cda sector they have arranged everything for short term and longer term. |
