Formanites Housing Society,

Salam to All respected members,

I am a government servant and i see the dream of my house.I have spend all my earning in Formanites Housing scheme and bought a plot there 10 years back and i have also possession letter of that.
They are asking about development charges 3lac reduce to 1.5lac.I got pocession now why i will pay development charges.
Many people say that they are frauds and they have not enough land etc

Kindly Guide me in detail abt the future of this society and what i do now

if your plot situated in demarcation area then hurry to build boundary wall otherwise fraudy management will re-allot to other if your plot save till today. I suggest you to pay development charges Rs. 150,000/=. Owners of Formanites are very very very cruel.

Yeh Watto logo par tars nahi kha rahay, is society may aik bewa woman nay plot buy kia aur apnay gar ki sari jama punji us par laga di, plot ki location bohat excellent thi, 80 ft road aur corner than, wo aurat bechari roti rahi chillati rahi wattos kay pass ja kar par in logo nay is plot ko kisi aur ko re-allot kar dia, ab kisi Khuda tars nay us ko mashwara dia kay Court jao, wohi banda court lay kar gia aur us par Stay Order us ko lay kar dia. Us plot par us banday nay jis ko re-allot kia tha boundary wall bana di puray map kay sath aur jab court order mila us ko kam stop karwa dia gia hai. Mera mashwar ha kay complete receipts wala plot buy karain, kch period bad yahan bohat litigation dekhnay main aiay gi.

Dont Give them Extra charges if u got the pocession.They just want to full fill their hunger of money (which seem to be never ful-fill).

Best Solution is Registry.
Registry kerva loo aap loog ya registry ko kasayee agayee pechayee kerayee ga.

Mujayee to yaha 10saal tak kuch nazar nai a raha (Development)

Please understand, ye new development charges nahi chorain gay, aur cour say saaf bach jain gay, kunkay in kay allotment letter main clear likha howa ha ka, in future they will charge development charges.

Sir gee pocession letter lanayee kay baad konsayee development charges hotayee hay?ya kaha mention ha pocession letter ma?
Pocession letter means kay aap na development charges day diyea hay aur aab aap yaha ghar bana saktayee hay.
App agar phir bhee dana chahayee to day dayee development charges inho na phir kha pee janayee hay in ka koie atibaar nai.
In kee progrss aap ka samnayee hee hay.In ka koie mood hee nai ha.
2ndly jin ke registry ha ha un ka plot ya kasayee agayee peechayee kerayee ga.
I have heard someone saying that nab is now ready to take action on them.
