I wanted to know price of ph-7 plot # 2294 block Y not 2296.
This is corner plot very adj. To 150 ft.main bvld.

Y2294 corner on 150 feet road is worth 37 lacs. If it was not a corner plot its worth will be 33 to 34 lacs.
It was a typing error that I put 2296 instead of 2294.

Location is ok to keep. It will take min 1 to 2 years time to get plot possession for construction. No official date of possession is available from DHA Lahore. You can call DHA Lahore directly at and ask when you can expect the possession. Please let us know what was their answer.
