I want to ask the normal rate of increase per year of rent. I am tenant and landlord want to increase 43.33% after 30months.Anybody can tell me the normal rate of increase of resedential rent per year.I will be very grateful.

It should be 10% per year or 25% in three years.Your landlord has no legal grounds to demand increase of 43.33% in 2.5 years. |
