Incase, I take plot with instalment, how soon I will be able to start construction.
What is the Per SF construction cost now a days.

None of the above plots are ready for possession yet. No official date of possession is announced yet from DHA Lahore. No development is started here yet. My guess is its going to be ready in 3 to 4 years.
With materials cost is Rs 1450 to 2400 per sq ft of covered area.
Labor only for for one kanal house cost min 9.5 to 10 lacs.
