mr mian nadeem islamabad hi how r u please say me i want to buy house in bahria town lahore but i heard that bahria is all fraud some day they will just pack up and run away and every thing will be finished its one man show it is true as there is a case going on in rawalpindi that it was not there land and they aquired with false documents is it true it is risky please put some light on it thanks

dear they cant runaway with ur house. who wil leave the life time return what they getting like service charges transfer fee from plot and houses.may they have problem with govt and then they can but there wil not be any impact on u becuse some authority wil take over on the busines

@Imran.

It is not only safe to invest in Bahria Town paojects in Rawalpindi or Lahore but also benificial.
I own both residential & commercial plots in both cities & have recently build my house in BT Lahore. Find time to visit BT Lahore to find the facts.

Imran Bhai: Bahria Town management has very poor track record they increase the price of plots in the shape of Town planning , escalation charges , additional development charges also relocate plots , forcefully acquire land not full fill promises.

Your investment will remain safe i recommend u to purchase on ground ready for construction plot. Also collect information regarding monthly charges, map charges, possession charges etc.

Few weeks back i visited Lahore societies with my cousin & very disappointed to see development standard of DHA old phases with mesh of open electric wires.
The areas i like most DHA new phases , Bahria , Sukh Chain.
