After how many years Phase 8 DHA will develop for construction of house?

There is no time table officially announced by DHA Lahore management. 5 installments are already paid for development charges. DHA Lahore have enough funds to start development here. But when they will start development here is only know to DHA Lahore.

We can only guess and guess is DHA 8 Lahore proper phase 8 will be ready in 3 to 4 years time. If DHA Lahore have will there is enough money and technology available today to complete this phases 8 by the time installments ends in next 2 years.
