i had plot phase 7 Z block 1391 now dha has sent me a letter saying that the new number of my plot would ne
phase 7 1594
kindly advise if the location is good and what whould be the price
phase 6 E block is near to Z2 phase 7 .I hope that after development the prices would be same as phase 6 E block

Z1391 was worth 29-30 lacs.
Z1594 is worth 29-30 lacs
Your plot is on one of the worst possible location in all phases of DHA.
Please consider switching to to a better location plot asap.

DHA 8 X28 2 kanal is worth = 155 lacs
DHA 8 X40 2 kanal is worth = 158 lacs
DHA 8 U340 1 kanal is worth = 53 to 55 if cash plot against allocation files or military allotment.
DHA 8 U340 1 kanal is worth = 60 to 61 if installment booking plot
